We make the softest sleepwear, loungewear, robes and accessories you’ll ever wear, using only the highest quality fabrics in the world. Unlike other pajamas or loungewear, our luxurious products offer a rest and relaxation experience unlike any other.

Each piece of our sleepwear collection is made with our signature Wellness Fabric®, which contains drirelease® technology. Our Wellness Fabric® is breathable and bacteria-resistant to help keep you cool, clean and comfortable all night long.

Yes! Our Wellness Fabric® and drirelease® technology utilizes synthetic and natural fibers to accelerate the water release rate of fabrics, pushing moisture and perspiration through and to the outside of the garment into the air. Learn more about drirelease® here.

Yes! Not only are our fabrics ultra-soft and comfortable to help you get a better night’s sleep, our Wellness Fabric® also helps you manage night sweats or menopausal sweating for additional comfort and protection.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle to keep your Softies as soft as possible wash after wash. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

We proudly offer a wide range of sizes — XS to 2X/3X — for all products!

Softies products are designed in the US and made in China.

Customer Service

Shipping is free within the United States on orders of $60 or more. We offer USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Overnight within the United States.

All Softies orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed by 1:00 PM ET will ship the same day.

While we do our part to get your order out quickly, please note that delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Softies. However, we do guarantee that your order will be processed and handed off to the carrier of your choice within 1 business day.

Please keep in mind that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than expected to arrive.

Yes, Softies offers international shipping via USPS and FedEx.  USPS does not charge extra fees when shipping to Canada, but the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes. The recipient will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed for both USPS and FedEx.

All international orders are charged in US Dollars.

Softies accepts international returns.  Customer must work with their local carrier to return the item to Softies.  The Softies automated returns and exchange portal does not have international capabilities.

We are proud of our products! If you are unsatisfied with your SoftiesPJs.com purchase, you may return your order for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Return window closes firmly 30 days from date of purchase.  Please inspect or gift your Softies on receipt.

Only items purchased directly from SoftiesPJs.com are eligible for return and/or exchange. Returns must be unworn and with original tags attached.

Softies marked on SALE are final and non-exchangeable or refundable.  Returns sent outside of the Softies return portal below will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
